As part of the team that secured the British Council International School Award (2013 & 2016), I have embraced global best practices, further enriched by my exchange program at Tower Bridge School, London.
Recognized twice with the Best Teacher Award, I integrate Multiple Intelligence Theory, experiential learning, and project-based methods to foster critical thinking and creativity.
My expertise extends to theatre in education, leadership, and strategic planning, with participation in STEAM Conclave 2019 and global workshops such as play-based learning by LIFE and the "Art of Play" workshop by Iowa Wesleyan University. Holding an M.Sc. in Chemistry and B.Ed, I specialise in experiential and STEM-based learning, encouraging students to explore concepts through hands-on experiments and real-world applications.
I have actively contributed to teacher development phonics training by Scholastic Education, and multiple intelligence workshops, enhancing both student engagement and educator growth.
Beyond the classroom, I have played a key role in curriculum design, mentoring educators, and implementing innovative teaching strategies that make learning dynamic and meaningful.
As a mentor and coach, I lead teacher groups in adopting contemporary methodologies, ensuring an inclusive and student-centered learning environment. My goal is to inspire young minds to think critically, problem-solve, and develop a passion for learning that extends beyond the classroom

I am honored to have received multiple recognitions for my contributions to education, including the Best Teacher Award from Rotary International and the Global Teacher Award from the AKS Foundation.
Additionally, I was awarded Best Coordinator – Captain of the Ship at Millennium World School, Bengaluru North, for two consecutive years and received a cash prize for my work in fostering parent-school collaboration.

As a member of the Artificial Intelligence Facilitators’ Community (AIFC) —a CBSE and Intel initiative—I actively promote AI literacy and technology integration in education. Passionate about coding, AI, and computational thinking, I design interactive lessons in Scratch programming, digital literacy, and foundational computing.
