How to Register for Admissions
Our registration process provides an effortless and transparent experience for parents. We understand the importance of convenience and have worked to ensure that our registration system reflects that. Parents can now register with ease, without any unnecessary hassle or inconvenience.
Essential Documents
The following documents are essential and mandatory for admission to the Embassy Academy for the Academic year 2024-25:1.Copy of Birth Certificate of the child (Original to be carried for verification for Nursery to Grade 1)
2. Six recent Passport-size photographs of the student with name and grade written on the reverse side
3. Two recent Passport-size photographs of parents or guardian with the students name and grade
written on the reverse side
4. The Aadhar card of the child and parents/legal guardian
5. Annual Mark Sheet or Report Card of the previous school
6. Vaccination and Immunization records of the student
7. Medical Reports and Records of student, if required
8. Original Transfer certificate from the previous school (must be submitted before 30th June)
9. Caste Certificate (only if applicable)
Age Criteria
Admission is open from Playgroup to Grade 5 for the academic year 2024-25. Enrolment will be determined by seat availability and order of application. The age criteria for admission to various classes are as below (as on 31st May):

Admission Criteria
Admission is granted to all eligible students who meet the following criteria of Embassy Academy.
1. Submission of Admission Application Form with all details duly filled and application fee paid in full.
2. Submission of all required documents as mentioned in the Application form and requested by the Admissions Team
3. No student is subject to an Entrance Test however, the parents/guardian and child must meet the Admissions Team and the Principal before admission confirmation.
4. The student must meet the age criteria as specified for each grade.
5. The parent must pay the required initial fees to confirm their admission.
6. The school does not discriminate based on religion, caste, creed or gender.
7. Admissions are based on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Languages
Embassy Academy is an English Medium School proposed to be affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi, for Secondary and Senior Secondary Examinations. The following are the languages offered:
Nursery to KG2: English as the medium of instruction.
Grades 1 to 5: English as First Language. Students have to study Kannada and Hindi as other Language options. From Grade 3 . French will be introduced as an enrichment language
