Learning Courage and Safety: Students Visit the Fire Station

17/09/2025

Students from Grades I to VIII of Embassy Academy Devanahalli embarked on an educational field trip to the Devanahalli Fire Station. This outing was designed to give children hands-on exposure to the functioning of fire stations while emphasizing the critical importance of fire safety.

The young learners were warmly welcomed by the firefighters, who patiently explained their daily roles and responsibilities. Students explored various types of fire engines and specialized equipment used during emergencies. The visit also included live demonstrations on how to use different fire extinguishers and water sprinklers, allowing the children to understand their practical applications.

Beyond learning techniques, the trip offered students a glimpse into the bravery and dedication of firefighters who risk their lives to protect others. The experience instilled a sense of respect and admiration for these everyday heroes, leaving students with memories and lessons they will carry for years.

The field trip highlighted the importance of experiential learning at Embassy Academy.
